JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 06.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is alleged that the mother-in-law and the petitioner made an attempt to kill the informant by brutally assaulted her.

It is submitted that there is no injury report on record and the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.

No.12399 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 Considering the above facts, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016.
