(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s, direction/s commanding the respondents to pay compensation of acquisition of 0.22 Decimal of land of the petitioners of Khata No.54 and part of Khesra No.231 from the rate of residential land as in the same plot (part of the area of the Khesra No.231), compensation had been paid treating the land to be residential land. (ii) For any other relief/s to which the petitioners

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the concerned Collector for redressal of their grievances within four weeks.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.
4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners as prayed for.
