The petitioner is accused in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 16.05.2019, Ram Pravesh Paswan, son of the informant, Jitni Devi, reached at the Sasural village of her daughter, Nikki Devi then saw that her daughter was lying in burn condition at her matrimonial house. Thereafter, her daughter was taken by her husband and in-laws at Majorganj Hospital, from where, she was referred to Sadar Hospital, Sitamarhi but she died in course of treatment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, daughter of the informant was cooking meal, while at that time, other family members were present in the field and in course of cooking of meal, daughter of the informant came in touch with fire and on raising alarm, family members reached there and she was rushed at Hospital but she died in course of treatment. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Mejorganj P.S.
