JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 20.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is admitted case of the prosecution that deceased was residing at her parental home at the time of alleged occurrence and she was killed within four-walls of house of informant, who happens to be mother of the deceased. Moreover, husband of the deceased has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 08.03.2016 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12595 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 56544 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015.
