Mr. S.B.K. Manglam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that he is under instruction to inform this Court that petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority which is yet to be decided. Be that as it may, considering the provisions under the BTPDS (Control) Order, 2016, this application is disposed of with a liberty to petitioner to pursue his remedy under the same by approaching appropriate authority for disposal of the appeal.
