2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., while the informant was returning from market and reached near Noorchak More, both petitioners apprehended the informant and on the point of pistol snatched Rs. 20,000/- and a locket of Bajrangbali from him. The Accused also assaulted the informant by fists and slaps.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner no. 1 is 60 years old person and petitioner no. 2 is his married son and they have not assaulted the informant with any weapons, rather they are alleged to have assaulted with fists and

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
