I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner on the ground mentioned in my previous order dated 24.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27181 of 2014 and analogous cases. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Session trial no. 686 of 2014 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S.Case No. 61 of 2014, pending in the court of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge 6th Patna is again rejected.
