A perusal of the writ application would show that the petitioner is seeking protection of his life and property from his sons and wife. Some property disputes seem to be there among the petitioner, his wife and the sons.

Learned counsel for the State has informed this Court that in this case lodged by the petitioner Police has already

Wife of the petitioner had filed a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code which has also been found true and a chargesheet has been filed. Be that as it may, in the nature of the disputes between the parties, this Court would not like to make any comment on the merit of the case. At the same time, this Court finds that the petitioner is not present hence, this application is dismissed.
