petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the confessional statement of injured Ayush Kumar. Except confessional statement there is no other material on record to show the complicity of this petitioner in this case . As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between deceased Ayush Kumar and one Amrita Kumari and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2024 .

6. Considering the nature of accusation , material available on record and gravity of offence , I am not inclined to interfere with the order impugned and as such , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Regarding Cr. Misc. No. 6676 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State .

4/6 petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., Petitioner has been made accused in this case because she happens to be mother of Amrita Kumari. As a matter of fact, there was love affair between son of informant and Amrita Kumari and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024 .
