JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and ten other persons are named in the first information report and it is alleged that they mercilessly assaulted the informant and other injured persons of this case. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with four other persons assaulted the injured Mogli Yadav, who sustained altogether six injuries and out of the aforesaid six injuries, only one injury was found grievous in nature. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 18.01.2016 and the first information report shows that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12297 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S.Case No. 80 of 2015.
