JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his case for grant of Graduate Trained Scale notwithstanding his seniority, who is at Sl. No. 87 in the gradation list prepared 5 years ago. The petitioner approached the District Education Officer by filing representation way back in 2010 but no response was given by the District Education Officer. In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present writ application.
Since there is no decision of the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Regional Deputy
Patna High Court CWJC No.6917 of 2017(2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 Director of Education, Patna, respondent No. 4 to take final decision and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for grant of promotion, necessary order for grant of such benefit with all consequential benefits must be taken by the RDDE within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
