In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioners and others under conspiracy came to the house of the Informant and started causing assault. An allegation of taking away Mangalsutra from the neck of the Informant has been made against one of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3473 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 accused petitioner Anil Ray. Further allegation has been made that the petitioners have also resorted to firing by the local firearms. There is a delay of 18 days in lodging the First Information Report.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 299 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
