JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 14-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State and perused the case diary. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of murder of the son of the informant committed by the co-accused along with the petitioners for the reasons that the wife of the deceased dislike him. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4864 of 2022(3) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that the deceased was found dead at the house of the petitioners and the postmortem report shows that the cause of death was asphyxia due to strangulation and the witnesses have also supported the prosecution case.

After considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
