JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is said to have been caught with stolen buffalo and, furthermore, paragraph-3 of this petition reveals that he carries criminal antecedent of similar nature. Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri R. Kumar-IV, Judicial MagistrateIst Class, Motihari, East Champaran stands rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in custody, if his trial is not concluded within the above-said period.
