JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 The present modification petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1668 of 2017 to the effect that the time granted to the petitioner to file representation be extended by a period of further four weeks from today.

Having regard to the submissions made in the present petition as also having regard to the contentions advanced on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1668 of 2017 is modified and the petitioner is now, granted liberty to file representation within
