Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has exercised his option in terms of policy decision of the State Government yet his option was not considered.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if representation of the petitioner is disposed of address to the Secretary, Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar, Patna.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to pass reason speaking order on the fresh representation of the petitioner, if
