JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.03.2015 in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 25(1-b), a and 26 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that one country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that one country made pistol is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Further it is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015.
