Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants looted Rs.70,000/- , mobile phone and Driving Licence on the gun point.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
