This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Beure P.S. Case N0. 52 of 2017, disclosing offences under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7,8 and 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. My attention has been drawn to orders passed by this Court on 12.05.2017 in Criminal Misc. No. 20757 of 2017 and 01.07.2017 in Criminal Misc. No. 21750 of 2017, whereby similarly circumstanced co-accused persons have been allowed anticipatory bail.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Vigilance Ist, Patna, in Special Case No. 08 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
