JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 398 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 354-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by farsa to the father of the informant causing him injury. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case between the parties and injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance, which will appear from Annexure-3 of this petition. Further, he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1077 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 398 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
