JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) To direct the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of benefit of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.)/Modified Assured Career Progression (M.A.C.P.) with effect from their date of eligibility, as has been granted to several similarly situated employees and accordingly grant them

Patna High Court CWJC No.2143 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 benefit of A.CP/M.A.C.P. with all consequential monetary benefits.

(ii) To direct the respondents to revise Pay Scale of the petitioners w.e.f.

23.09.1994 in the light of Office Order bearing B.I.E.C./Estab./74/99 dated Memo No. 01.09.1999, whereby and whereunder they were promoted as Assistant in the Pay Scale of Rs.15002700 and grant them A.C.P./M.A.C.P. and make payment difference amount of consequential monetary benefits in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2 for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioners approach the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six
