This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 149, 342, 302 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others caught hold of the husband of the informant and one Md. Murtaza @ Bhola Shah repeatedly gave hammer blow on the body of Khalil Shah resulting in his death.
