Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if this Court directs the Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Deputy Collector, Patna, to dispose of his representation as contained in Annexure-3 to this writ petition.

In such view of the matter, the Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Deputy Collector, Patna, is directed to dispose of the representation filed by this petitioner within a period of three months from today, if the same has already not been disposed of.

The authority shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law without being influenced by the observation of this Court.
