JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S.Case No. 499 of 2018 registered under Sections 308, 323, 341, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners and other accused persons is of assaulting the informant by the butt portion of Katta when the informant has demanded his money back. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that allegation is general in nature and nothing specific has been attributed against him and injury is simple in nature. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2722 of 2019(4) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 499 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
