2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for issuance of appropriate writ/writs thereby commanding and directing the respondents concerned to supply the petitioner certified copy of police report, the copy of show cause filed by the second party in the proceeding under section 144 Cr.P.C.

and the order sheet of dated 18.04.2013 of the said proceeding in the case of Rajpati Singh Vrs. Israil Miya u/s 144 the Cr.P.C.

with respect to bearing Khata no.51, Plot No. land 692, Mauza Unahchak for peace of measuring area of 4 land katha 1 dhur for

Patna High Court CWJC No.23532 of 2018(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/3 filing quashing application before this Hon'ble Court which has not been supply to the petitioner despite the cute petitioner having filed the Chircut No. 81, dated 02.02.2018 and/or grant any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent no. 2 duly signed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sonepur, Saran and paragraph 11 read as follows:

11. That with regard to statement made in Para. 10 of the writ application, it is stated that office of S.D.O. has never denied issuance of any such certified copy. The petitioner can take certified copy upon submission of required fee. The petitioner never had made any complaint in this regard to any office.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if a proper application is preferred by the petitioner and submits the requisite fee, the required document shall be immediately handed over to him.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to prefer fresh petition in next four weeks before the respondent no. 3, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sonepur, Saran at Chapra

Patna High Court CWJC No.23532 of 2018(2) dt.18-11-2025 3/3 along with a requisite fee demanded.

6. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sonepur, Saran is duty-bound to abide by his own undertaking given by way of counter affidavit and shall provide the required document to the petitioner immediately after the process is completed by him.

7. With that observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
