2. The present petition has been preferred for the compliance of order dated 24.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 5387 of 2018, in which para 4 read as follows: "4. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of subsistence allowance, if not already paid, within a maximum period of one month from

3. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 6 to 8, in which paragraphs 5 and 6 read as follows:

"5. That it is stated that the payment of subsistence allowance of the petitioner has already been paid to the petitioner from up to November, 2019.

6. That it is stated and submitted that the allegation of charges have been framed against the petitioner on 28.11.2017 by the DPO., (Estb.) Buxar vide Memo no.976 dated 28.11.2017 and copy of the PrapatraKa has already been served to the petitioner within stipulated period, after passing the order dated 24.08.2018 in CWJC.

No.5387/2018 by this Hon'ble court which has been received by the petitioner on 20.09.2018."

4. This Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.
