The licence of the petitioner has been cancelled against which order, the petitioner had preferred an appeal before the District Magistrate, Nalanda. The appeal also stood dismissed vide order dated 17.12.2021.

Should the petitioner prefer a revision application within a period of thirty days, the revisional authority shall take up the matter and decide the application within a further period of sixty days, after giving the petitioner reasonable opportunity of presenting his cause. The revisional authority shall pass a reasoned order within the aforesaid period and shall communicate the same to the petitioner.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
