JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2025 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family court, Gaya in connection with Misc. Case No. 87 of 2015 by which the Court below has directed the petitioner to pay the maintenance allowance to the tune of Rs. 1,500/- to the O.P. No. 02.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has no instruction in the matter and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
