The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 263 of 2017 for the offenses under Section 392 of I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has surfaced merely on confessional statement of the co-accused. It is further submitted that the petitioner was remanded in the instant case on 06.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name surfaced on the basis of confessional statement, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
