2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 120B, 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added.

3. The petitioner is the informant of this case and he had informed the police about the theft committed in his house but now the informant has been made accused in this case.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in jail since 2.9.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-cumAdditional Munsif, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connnection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S.
