JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

One motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.1.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and moreover, co-accused Arjun Bhagat @ Arjun Kumar, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West),
