Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 9.3.2019 passed in CRM No. 28/201314 by the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah whereby and where under the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected and the order cancelling the PDS licence of the petitioner bearing License No. 5/1997 passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Narkatiyaganj has been upheld, but realizing the fact that there is a remedy of filing representation/revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file

Patna High Court CWJC No.2757 of 2020(6) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 appropriate representation/revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate representation/revision petition is filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order dated 9.3.2019, before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
