Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Victim has already returned to her home and her statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded. The victim, specifically, stated that she voluntarily went to Patna to meet the petitioner and after that pressurized the petitioner to solemnize his marriage with her. She further stated that she along with the petitioner went to Delhi and when she got information about strained relation of their family members, she along with the petitioner returned to her home.

Taking note of the statement of the victim as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
