Without going into the merits or demerits having regard to the fact that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, (Respondent No. 2), the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to dispose of the PDS Revision No. 6 of 2022 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the party shall be put on notice and given an opportunity
