JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that after investigation, police submitted final form showing the case "as of no proof" but later on, with permission of the court the case was reinvestigated and the petitioner was charge sheeted on the basis of call details. Moreover, earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail but he could not surrender before the court in time.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
