JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he along with one other co-accused was found standing near the place of occurrence when the hut of the informant was burnt. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that a piece of land was purchased by the father of the petitioner and one Surendar Singh and others wanted to purchase the aforesaid land but could not succeed and after that, they set up the informant and got instituted this false case against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
