JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that a dispute took place between the parties on account of collection of donation and, thereafter, petitioner and his associates are said to have pelted bricks causing injury to the informant and, after that, petitioner is said to have given one lathi blow causing injury on the back side of the informant. The injury report of the informant reveals that only two injuries were found on his person, i.e., one injury was found on his head and another injury was found on the face. The investigation has already been completed and petitioner is in jail custody since 21.12.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14133 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 92 of 2015.
