JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.01.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

On recovery of dead body of Mulayam Yadav, motorcycle and mobile the F.I.R has been registered against unknown. During investigation it transpired that Bechan Yadav called the victim on mobile and the victim was killed with the assistance of this petitioner.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Alam Nagar P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
