The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 176 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The petitioner who is involved in the murder of one Shiv Kumar Das was caught and illegal arms were recovered. The application for grant of bail is dismissed.
