2. Learned counsel for the Munger University submits that all the dues have been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the T.M. Bhagalpur University submits that demand draft is ready for payment of arrears of difference of salary.

3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5397 of 2021(6) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 both the Universities, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Bhagalpur University and collect the demand draft.

4. Registrar, Bhagalpur University is also directed to supply the details of calculation chart to the petitioner.
