Dead body of unknown girl has been found on account of which instant case has been registered against unknown. During course of investigation, as is evident from para-40, one Satya Narayan Sahni came and claimed identification of the deceased to be his daughter. Subsequently thereof, there happens to be question mark over character of this Satya Narayan Sahni whereunder it has been disclosed that he had married with the widow of Ganesh Mahto and the deceased was daughter of Ganesh Mahto and further, this Satya Narayan Sahni attempted to commit rape and in the aforesaid background, being frustrated committed murder of the victim wherein others including the petitioner also cooperated. However, neither there happens to be direct evidence nor the circumstantial so far, this petitioner is concerned.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6929 of 2015 (3) dt.06-02-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Lal Babu Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, VIIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sessions Trial No.471 of 2014 arising out of Patepur P.S. Case No.2 of 2001.
