Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol appears to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and another country made pistol was recovered from the conscious possession of co- accused. Both pistols were sent to Blastic expert and the Blastic expert reported that both pistols were not effective. However, petitioner is in jail custody since 11.1.2016. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in
