The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.CIII-314 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. On perusal of seizure list, it would appear that recovery of alleged jawa was made from behind the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
