JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sidhwalia P.S.Case No. 179 of 2018 registered under Sections 201 and 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioners happens to be father-in-law and mother-in-law and allegation against them is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and all family members have been made accused in this case. Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 5876 of 2019(3) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
