The learned counsel for petitioner submits that he would be assailing the selection of private respondent No 5 as Anganbari Sevika before the Appropriate Authority, as her selection is not in accordance with law. The private respondent No 5 is not before this Court.

This Court, therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of their submissions, would allow the petitioner to assail the same in a proceedings in accordance with law.
