Taking into consideration that the victim specifically stated the allegation of rape against the petitioner and medical evidence also, prima facie, supports the allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. case no. 17/2015 pending in the court of Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani/ concerned court stands rejected.
