2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379 and 420 IPC registered in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 98 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated with the accusation that the petitioner had stolen the informant's ATM card from her house and an amount of Rs. 75,000/- was found having been withdrawn from her bank account. The petitioner had gone traceless since 2012, in respect of which his father had filed Complaint Case No. 823 of 2014. The petitioner was recovered in the year 2018 when he came to know about the present case having been filed by the informant. It is further submitted that the FIR has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6347 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 instituted in the backdrop of a family dispute as the informant is the grand-aunt of the petitioner. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
