2. The modification application has been filed for modifying order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66403 of 2023, as the petitioner could not surrender within the period prescribed by this Court, vide order dated 18.10.2023 and now he seeks for extension of time to surrender before the learned district court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, as well as, the reason assigned in the modification application, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned district

4. In case of failure, this order shall lose its force.

5. The order dated 18.10.2023 is modified to the above extent.
