The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 6411 of 2021 arising out of P.R. Alamganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(1), 32(3), 41(1) and 41(2) of the Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and prosecution report has been submitted in the case.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 222.240 litres of liquor from a Hyundai Car.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and prosecution report has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 6411 of 2021 arising out of P.R. Alamganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021.
