The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 308 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272/273/34 of I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 186 litres of foreign liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
